Extinctions End represents a relaunch of the band in a new, darker, heavier style. The tracks are reworkings of songs originally found on the After Extinction album and the subsequent Extinction After EP, completely re-recorded for a full album release. The band felt that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the need to use multiple studios and engineers for the original releases, the music had not been done justice, and thus decided to release them in their definitive format as a brand new album, Extinctions End.

Kaine spent over a year in the studio reworking, re-recording, and perfecting this album to ensure it was the band’s best ever release.
