Dreadsight started out as a small project at first, but soon it became very obvious that it had to be a whole band to make the songs justice. The lineup was completed at the end of year 2022.

Although Dreadsight is a newcomer in the Finnish metal scene, it consists of veterans from such bands as Entwine, Kill The Romance and Machinae Supremacy. Dreadsight’s influences are mostly from the big early 90’s Metal bands where the guitars are kept in standard tuning and vocals have a decent amount of grit but stay melodic. However, the band’s music has a certain modern edge to it, so in no way is Dreadsight a mere nostalgia act!

First single and video Conspiracy was released in May 2024 and Dreadsight’s first full album carrying the same name were released on 20.9.2024 along the new video Cross the Line. Band’s first show ever is in Lahti, bar Torvi and band will be heading to tour during the winter 2024-2025. Stay tuned.
In April 2025 Tomi Luoma left the band and Antti Kokkonen joined replacing Tomi in guitar. Welcome Antti!
