Old school heavy metal!

After drummer Stefan Arnold left Grave Digger in 2018 after almost 23 years, it was time to resurrect the cult band WALLOP in the same year! And so the German heavy metal veterans, who released the much-acclaimed debut album “Metallic Alps” in 1985, then disbanded and reunited 35 years later in the original line-up just as loud, aggressive and enthusiastic, are now releasing their third long player after “Alps On Fire” (2020).

On “Hell On Wheels” you are dealing with unadulterated and authentic, original 80s old school heavy metal. The band has managed to develop further on the one hand, but on the other hand not to sound like a modern band, because it is precisely the style of the 80s that characterizes the band. The use of keys and triggers was deliberately avoided. 

This album offers 10 songs full of original old school heavy metal with catchy and straightforward songs that will pick up speed and delight any fan of classic heavy metal!
