VERMINGOD announce their return with the new video clip: “The Fundamental Scorn,”which premiered on June 27th, 2025 on YouTube and all major streaming platforms. This marks the band’sf irst release of new material in nearly a decade—an
unrelenting burst of rawi ntensity and uncompromising artistic expression. Both visually and sonically,the track stands as a scream of resistance against oppression and conformity.

Formed in 2003 in Patras, Greece, VERMINGOD quickly rose through the ranks of the extreme metal scene. Their critically discussed 2015 release, “The Whisperer of the Abysmal Wisdom,” cemented their reputation and earned them appearances
alongside top-tier acts such as Dying Fetus and Rotting Christ. With influences ranging from Misery Index and Gojira to Morbid Angel, their latest work captures the band at one ofi ts most creative and uncompromising phases.
