| Canadian heavy metal powerhouse Vantablack Warship released their new album, “Last of Hardmouthed Poets”, on April 28, 2023, through Bam & Co – Heavy. With a unique blend of thrash metal, hardcore, and punk, the band delivers an aggressive and groovy sound that will leave fans headbanging and craving more.
The album features eleven intense tracks filled with thought-provoking lyrics and adrenaline-pumping riffs, showcasing the band’s commitment to being “darker than the darkest of them all,” as a tribute to Black Sabbath. The title “Last of Hardmouthed Poets” serves as a reminder to cherish freedom of expression and thought, paying homage to blacklisted authors of the past and their indomitable spirit.
Fans of Slayer, Cro-Mags, Exodus, Cancer Bats, and Entombed will find themselves immersed in the heavy soundscapes of “Last of Hardmouthed Poets.” The album was recorded at Madame Wood Studios, produced by Vantablack Warship, mixed by Pat Knup, and mastered by Alberto De Icaza.
