VALAR MORGHULIS, hailing from the fog-cloaked  lands surrounding Milan, was formed amidst the mists of winter 2017. The band’s aim is to play a metal that combines heavy riffs, dark symphonic melodies, and lyrics that intertwine epic and obscurity. Female lead vocals are darkened by screams and growls. After 10 months of hard work, in October 2017 the band self-produced its first EP, “The Origins”, followed by a series of gigs around the Lombardy area, supporting epic and melodic death metal acts such as Ulvedharr, Ephyra, Mechanical God Creation, Hell’s Guardian and more. In spring 2019, the band recorded its first full-length, “Fields of Ashes”, set to be released on November 8th, 2019.
