STEEL PROPHET are one of those bands that have been around for a very long time, had a lot of different members, and somehow are still carrying on and making quality metal. Their new album THE GOD MACHINE is an awesome collection of classic sounding metal madness you will all enjoy. The band has a new singer who I have been a fan of for quite a while now, R. D. Liapakis who fronts 2 other excellent metal bands MYSTIC PROPHECY and DEVIL’S TRAIN.

Some great songwriting and musicianship coupled with Liapakis’ awesome vocals make Steel Prophet a metal powerhouse! This album has some real metal roots, all killer no filler.

I am really into this album, it has great production and really mixes elements of older metal without sounding stale or dated.  Here’s another example –
