Plant My Bones is a great new musical outlier in the spectrum of rock and metal music in modern times, combining elements of early progressive rock shenanigans with tastes of modern metal riffage. For its members the band represents a newly found ambition and excitement for making sounds that pack maximal amounts of whoopass mayhem shabang.

 

The Band has laid down its foundation in a practice space in the band members’ hometown Ylivieska, Finland. Leading the charge are soaring melodies and multilayered harmonies of female vocal powerhouse Jenna Kosunen. Guitarist Elias Ruuska’s hammering tone and mystifying riffs, locking in with drummer Konsta Ruuska’s thunderous beats, are the backbone keeping this beast in motion. Nowadays the band operates in Helsinki, making noise with their debut EP “Stage 1.0”, which will be released on July 23rd 2021 by Inverse Records.
