“Inspired by the R. Dawkins book “The Selfish Gene“, it explores the idea and implication that humans and human nature are by definition simply “gene machines”, with genetic survival as the defining and driving factor of all evolution. We were lucky to get Bjørn Strid (Soilwork, Nightflight Orchestra) to contribute guest vocals, and he delivers a stellar performance, adding to the drive and intensity of this beast of a song!
