With its first week at radio in North America, MORE‘s Destructor album debuts at #2 Most Added on both the NACC HEAVY 30 and Metal Contraband charts, as the legendary NWOBHM band’s revival rally continues.

Bassist, Baz Nicholls reflects. “It has been a long journey since the heady days of ‘Warhead’ and ‘Blood and Thunder’ but the entity that is MORE lives on. There have been many trials to overcome along the way including the passing of three band members. The turning point came when Chris Tsangarides joined the band, bringing a new sense of optimism and purpose. The magic Chris brought, with his wizardry recording skills and vision, are evident in this production and MORE has maintained that same integrity to have it as heavy and crushing as he intended. MORE are proud to present Chris Tsangarides’ last work “DESTRUCTOR”.

The dramatic new single, “Hearts On Fire”, was chosen by Chris Tsangarides as the opening track for the Destructor album. Nicholls states “The album punches straight in with a song about humanity’s fight against cancer. How people deal with it, come to terms with it and live in hope that a cure will one day be found. It speaks of people’s determination to not give in and live for today, hence the lyric ‘With our Hearts on Fire we carry on’”.
