As Metallica’s long-time partnership with Vans continues in 2021, we are thrilled to be able to share something special from the 2018 Vans x Metallica collaboration! This shoe highlights the Metallica Glitch logo for a heavy metal rendition of the iconic Southern California company’s classic silhouettes.
This auction is a little different – all four guys signed both shoes, we split up the pair, and encased each in their own display boxes. What does that mean? It means we’ll have TWO winners this month – one taking home the right shoe, and one taking home the left!*
Proceeds from our monthly auction will further the Foundation’s work in the areas of food insecurity, workforce education, and critical local services.

We’re writing to let you know that at long last, we have started to receive our stock for Single #4, and while we don’t have our complete inventory yet, we will begin shipping on Wednesday and continue throughout next week and beyond once we receive the remaining records. We do not have an ETA for when the remaining stock will arrive at our warehouse but we are hopeful that it will be by the end of next week.
We would like to remind you to please check your subscription information to make sure your shipping address is up to date. To do so:
- Log in to your Metallica.com account
- Select VINYL CLUB
- Click EDIT SUBSCRIPTION
- From there, you can edit your shipping address.
Please make all necessary updates by Wednesday, August 4 at 5 PM PDT. If you have any issues updating your subscription, please contact customer service at metallica.com/help.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a notification with your tracking number, which can also be found in both the Vinyl Club section of your profile as well as your order history at that time.
Please note that even after your package has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, ship times will vary as deliveries – particularly through USPS – remain slower than they were pre-COVID.

He went down a rabbit hole of Metallica discography to select songs that would have the most significant impact on the whiskey.
