In early 2021, the musician, who was awarded the title of “Best German Hard Rock Singer 2019”, started his solo project and was able to convince across the board with his first singles. Almost 100K streams on Spotify, as well as an interview with Rock-Antenne, numerous reviews and articles, for example in Legacy magazine or on Laut.de, testify to the musical quality of the artist. In addition, the musician manages the entire creative process from songwriting, recording, producing, to mixing completely on his own.

Whether melancholic or enthusiastic, carrying or driving: Max Roxton impresses with his songs both instrumentally and vocally, moving in a stylistic diversity that is one of a kind. Multi-voiced harmonies, characterful shouts and driving Riffs form his songs to must-hears for all rock and metal fans!

After opening with the first single “Center of the Universe”, “The Voice Within”, the title track of the debut album and thus a real alternative rock juggernaut, will be released on October 15, 2021. In perfect harmony, the song works through all facets of the solo artist and leaves nothing to desire. Musically between songs like “Blackbird (Alter Bridge), Stairway to Heaven (Led Zeppelin), The Ides of March (Myles Kennedy)” and their-like, the track clearly encourages the listener to listen to the own inner voice and live a life according to own ideas and dreams.

The single shows a previously unknown side of the German solo-artist and successfully combines the charm and catchiness of a ballad with the power and complexity of metal and rock. Having gone through some hard times himself, Roxton puts diverse facets of the human personality in the spotlight on his debut album and brings – fitting to the respective song – many different genres with it.
