Hot off the heels of their “Holy Chrüst – Horn Alley Live Session” EP the band JESUS CHRÜSLER SUPERCAR (JCS) release a full album titled “LUCIFER”. Like I said in the review of the EP, this is one dirty and loud band!!! Very raw rock n roll that is obviously better when played LOUDER!!!! Seems like they took that note from our old pal Lemmy, nice one!

It’s really easy to review an album like this because after you hear one song you pretty much know what you’re in for. The overall sound is just furious, the songs are played like the band is right behind you, with their amps piled up in your living room(or wherever you might be LOL!). Songs like “SUCK ON MY BALLS” and “BOOGEYMAN” are just prime examples of how this band turns it up and just rips. Check out the title track here —-

I’ve been a fan of this band for a while now and it’s cool to see their progression. I love the way they capture their energy on these tracks. Here’s the track listing —

So definitely give JCS a listen, the down n dirty “Death n Roll” as the band calls it, is infectious. This is another new release by a band that is basically all killer, no filler. I love bands like JCS because they know who they are and what they do best and don’t stray from it so much that fans are left scratching their heads……..instead those heads are banging!!!!! Turn up a song like “OUT OF MY HEAD” and if your head does not bang along, you need to hand in your Rock n Roll Club card! JESUS CHRÜSLER SUPERCAR KICK ASS!!!!!!
