• Welcome Fabio! How things are going about Geometry OF Chaos?

Things are going very well, we are promoting three songs on the web and the feedback is great. Now I’m focused on the production of the album and I can’t see the hour it will be out everywhere 

• Are you satisfied about the feedback for your new single “Idolatry”?

Yes, it is a song I’m really proud and it is helping us to grow a fanbase little by little. It was well reached on YouTube and helps us gain some follower on Facebook. 

• You have already given 3 songs to the public. Are there any plans for a full album in the near future or you find this not essential?

As I said before, the album will be out very soon, it will comprehend the 3 songs we had already and other 5 songs on the same level. It was essential to give something before the album was completed, the recording process was very long and it was time to deliver

• How can you describe your sound?

I think the sound of the band is both heavy and melodic, complex, mysterious . It  shows anger, passion and it is very groovy, probably more metal than what I’ve done with my solo works before it. 

• What are your musical idols?

I don’t have idols in the real sense of the word, but many bands and artists that inspire me to write music and play all these instruments. You can hear in the sound that I’m into complex prog metal like Tool and Dream Theater and this kind of bands, but also have some 70 vibes like Genesis or King Crimson type of Prog and 90 vibes of American alternative as Alice in Chains. 

• What is your opinion about the use of internet? Is this helpful about the bands or they are just being lost into a sea of information?

Bands are just being lost without a proper promotion, it helps to have some money to spend for advertising and social marketing promotion, I already know that. The problem is that, it is all about money and time to contact and interact with many people, it really needs a lot of work to do for the band than before. 

• Any live plans for the band?

Not now, in the upcoming future I’m planning something. It needs a lot of work and of course I can’t take all the singers on stage

8)      What is your biggest dream about Geometry Of Chaos? 

It may sounds annoying, but my first goal is to produce something to be proud of and keep some people attract by it, it can be one person or 10000 it doesn’t matter

• How did you get started with music? Any special musical studies?

I began to play guitars at 18, more than 20 years ago and I had some teacher, private and in a school. I always feel like I’m growing up as a guitarist and keep experimenting with sounds and instruments. I also play bass since ten years ago. 

• What do you think about the Italian rock and metal scene? Are there any new bands that you love?

There are some very good bands, overall the quality is not as good as some other places I think it reflects what we are passing as a state, economically and politically. You have to be really motivated and a little crazy to do your own stuff with music here. Rock and metal are totally out of the mainstream radio and tv
