Review written & submitted by Marian Nicolaou on behalf of Angels PR Music Promotion
Geometry of Chaos is the new project from Fabio La Manna, mainly guitarist, bassist and writer of the music, and Davide Cardella, drummer and much more . A new metal progressive sound with a lot influences from classic rock and cinematic music.

The first album of Geometry Of Chaos from Italy came as surprise! The band members seem that they are not afraid to search for something new and untested! They don’t care about mainstream and fashion, free creative spirit is the main force of their music.
“Soldiers of the New World Order” is not the typical progressive album, it’s full of different shades of rock and metal and there are also cinematic influences. They don’t follow the “back to the roots” tactic so you will not find the prog clichés. The album is heavy with great guitar and drum work, but also plenty of melodic and acoustic parts to spice it up. Not the standard progressive stuff that is influenced from the 70’s prog rock bands that were full of sweet synthesizers. The use of synth in Geometry Of Chaos creates dreamy and shady passages. The vocals sound really psychedelic…they can be described as a more commercial version of vocals from bands like Voivod and Megadeth!
Songs are relatively long, but not for progressive rock- metal genre, so there’s no reason for boredom to stop the record in the middle. The arrangements may sound typical but in the same time so fresh and experimental. Songs like “Spiral Staircase” can sound like a unique version of Dream Theater and Black Sabbath!
This is a hell of a prog album, not one bad song! The musicians really expressed themselves and added something new on this genre. Long live the creative spirit of true and pure music!
