DARKEST HOUR ANNOUNCE A SPECIAL 25TH ANNIVERSAY TOUR FOR 2020D.C metalcore pioneers Darkest Hour announce their 25th Anniversary tour dates for 2020, with special guests: Fallujah, Bloodlet, Une Misere and Lowest Creature. See all dates below. About the tour, the band comment…“It is with extreme excitement that we announce what we hope to be one of many tour’s next year celebrating our 25th anniversary! Over these past 25 years we have toured with both new and established bands and have always worked hard to make our tour packages diverse and interesting. This tour is in keeping with that tradition. Fallujah is ripping progressive death metal who have had our attention for a while, can’t wait to see these riffs live. Bloodlet is a very special band to us. One of the our early influences, it is EASY to say we would not be a band (or at least not the same band) without their influence. We grew up going to their shows and it’s a joy to be able to share the stage with them. We got to see Une Misere play this summer and were impressed, Insanely heavy, Icelandic mosh of the highest form. Lowest Creature is a killer blend of classic metal elements we all love translated with a new and distinctly Swedish twist. Oh and you know we will have a few surprises planned for this set special 25th anniversary set. See you in the Pit!”Fallujah guitarist Scott Carstairs states, “We are returning to the EU and UK to support the almighty Darkest Hour on their 25th anniversary EU/UK tour. Come join us as we play songs from our entire catalogue including our new record Undying Light.“From Fallujah’s formation in 2007, the San Franciscans have melded brutality and brains into a sonic force with an unquestionable presence. The progressive metallers released their latest album ‘Undying Light’ in Spring 2019, which was their first to feature new vocalist Antonio Palermo. Check out their latest video: ‘Ultraviolet’Une Misere comment: “We’re thrilled to be bringing the misery to the UK and to be doing it with a line-up like this is humbling. We are grateful for these opportunities that we have been given and we will make the most of them. The United Kingdom and mainland Europe shall be laid to waste in January.”
