Phoenix, Arizona 70’s retro rockers ATOMIC KINGS  released their self titled debut album “Atomic Kings” on CD via FireRock Music Group on April 5, 2024 .

This physical CD release follows the Atomic Kings digital only release via Tonehouse records in 2023.

Biography

ATOMIC KINGS is a Phoenix, Arizona based group that consists of Ken Ronk (Paul Gurvitz) on vocals, Ryan McKay (Crash Street Kids, Louie Prima Jr.) on guitar, Greg Chaisson (Badlands, Red Dragon Cartel) on bass, and Jimi Taft (Rag Doll) on drums.

Atomic Kings have created quite a buzz in the music industry with their debut album. The powerful rhythm section of Chaisson and Taft, the riff based, yet melodic guitar work of Ryan Mckay, and the unique, soulful vocal style of Ken Ronk highlights the bands very diverse and deeply anchored roots in the style of the 70’s supergroups like Free, Humble Pie, Bad Co., Led Zeppelin, and Robin Trower. But, with a modern twist all their own.

Atomic Kings were quickly signed to a recording contract with Tonehouse Records and their first single “All I Want” spent several weeks at #1 in the world on 97 Underground radio station. Their follow-up singles, “Live” and “Take My Hand” also spent several weeks in the top 5 positions.

In early 2024, Atomic Kings signed a new contract with Firerock Music Group ensuring world-wide distribution of their highly acclaimed, sought-after debut release. The album will be made available everywhere on April 5, 2024.
