| Against the Grave, an aggressive soaked, vigorously infectious, modern groove metal band based in Los Angeles taking the Metal genre in a direction very few go.
“Making the music that aligns with the taste of our collective identity is our passion and goal, we follow our natural vibe and use our musical palettes we gained while consuming the songs of greats that came before us,”vocalist Jordan Gaw explains.
“Growing up in Italy, I was turned on to American Heavy Metal very early on, so finding people that loved the same music I did was my ultimate goal. Our sound and style is a perfect blend of all the bands that we love with some touches of personality.” Andy Martis, guitarist of the band, confirms.
This Groove dominated Metal, which is rarely present in the current scene of Metal bands, draws influence and familiar sounds form artists like Korn, Rob Zombie and Slipknot. But make no mistake, this music is an explosive version all on its own.
Produced by the band, Mixed & Mastered by Ulrich Wild (Pantera, Static X,Deftones) Against The Grave unleashes their in-your-face track “DEAD!?”to the world. “ ‘DEAD!?’ is one of our earliest tracks from our inception, but we knew it needed a fresh approach, and with Ulrich at the helm, we push this ripper into Hard Rock Heavy Metal Glory” says Jordan Gaw. “Pushing myself to reimagine the solo for ‘DEAD!?’ was such a fulfilling moment,” exclaims George Arguello.
Accompanied by an explosive official music video directed by Vicente Cordero and the band, “DEAD!?” is pointblank ready for attack on all senses of those who truly align with aggressive heavy music, those that have the craving for the something familiar entwined with the raw energy delivered by a new fresh force of heavy metal rockers. “Now that’s exactly what his explosive track needs,” says Andrea Martis about fresh video drop for “DEAD!?”
This band, and their music, a determination of groove delivery, culminates a fire of heavy metal power, hard rock passion, and electric force, bringing new damage to your heavy metal palette! Get in and crank this up. |
