AEDAN SKY is the visionary new project of French multi-instrumentalist and composer Sébastien Chabot, a name already well known to fans of European melodic metal through his work with Galderia and Kingcrown (feat. Joe Amore, ex-Nightmare). With a career marked by international tours, millions of streams and a series of acclaimed releases, Sébastien Chabothas now opened a new chapter: a solo venture born from a desire to merge the grandeur of space opera with the emotional intensity of classic power metal.

AEDAN SKY is more than a side project. It’s a deeply personal and cinematic undertaking in which Sébastien Chabot takes full creative control—writing, arranging, producing and performing nearly the entire album. Drawing on a lifetime of passion for science fiction, metaphysics and high-octane metal, he crafts an experience that is both spiritually resonant and musically exhilarating.

To bring the album’s narrative to life, Sébastien Chabot is joined by longtime collaborators Bob Saliba (Kingcrown, ex-Galderia) and Thomas Schmitt (Galderia), forming a vocal trio that embodies the story’s protagonists: SKY, AEDAN and SKY’s Soul. Guided by the spiritual being Aedan and his own inner voice—his Soul—Sky leaves behind the illusions of the modern world to embark on an interdimensional journey through time, energy and universal truth.

Each of the album’s ten tracks represents a chapter in this transformation. From the energetic opener “Call of the Universe” to the symphonic finale “The Universal Realm”, the music carries the listener across galaxies of sound and meaning. It’s a story of awakening, a metaphor for the inner journey every human must face to break through the mental fog of conformity and rediscover their divine origin.
